Irene Lewis, a township resident, died from blunt force injuries sustained in the Feb. 14 crash, the Northampton County Coroner's Office told Daily Voice.

Lewis and her 89-year-old husband were headed east on Freemansburg Avenue at 3:30 p.m. when a westbound driver crossed lanes and collided with their car, authorities have said
